Booking Details
All prices are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of tax and service charges.
The Minimum Stay is 4 days on the Full Moon period. (except for September, October, November and early December when the minimum stay is 3 nights and the low season rate is applied.)
The Minimum Stay at Christmas is 4 nights.
The Minimum Stay at New Year is 7 nights.
Full moon week is defined as Full Moon night plus the 3 days before and 3 days after full moon.
Extra person with two beds (double bed plus single bed) will be charged 400 Baht per person per night.
The Family Beachfront Cottage is priced to include up to 4 guests.
All prices are EXCLUSIVE of breakfast.
No extra beds are available.
Baby cot is available for children under 2 years at 100 Baht per night.
No charge for children sharing a room with parents without an extra bed.
The deposit payment required is to cover 30% of your stay.
Free transfer return - from 3 days or more reservations.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations can be accepted and deposits can be refunded up to 3 days before check in at all times except in the New Year season when 30 days notice is required.
2. A full refund of the advance deposit will be made less any costs incurred - i.e. bank charges, Paypal costs (3.4% per transaction) & so on. If a Paypal deposit transaction is cancelled within 60 days of the booking confirmation there are no paypal fees incurred.
3. A transfer of the booking to a later date if adequate notice is given of a cancellation can be arranged. This is subject to agreement by the resort and also availability.
4. Early check out and no shows will be charged at 100%. No refund in these circumstances.
5. Special promotions are not refundable and will be charged at 100%. No refund in these circumstances.
6. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to the email address from which a booking confirmation was originally sent.
